Mitchel Hanlon Consulting began in 2003 with an idea of creating a business that would service and grow the Tamworth region. 

Through this period, opportunities to specialise and broaden their internal services to provide better outcomes presented and with that, Mitchel Hanlon Consulting grew. 

The brand, however, remained stagnet like a time capsule. Created on the vision and ethos of 2003 and producing so much work and growth over the next 15 years, Mitchel Hanlon Consulting had outgrown it's own perspective and with it, the brand. 

KEO needed to help Mitchel Hanlon Consulting evolve. 

Seek first to understand, then to be understood.

Through a series of workshops conducted with invested stakeholders such as staff and A-list clients, we pieced together the current perception of the Mitchel Hanlon Consulting brand and crafted the strategy and outputs required to generate a new, meanginful positioning statement and brand identity that would speak to the clients of today, and more importantly tomorrow. 

With this identity, we simplified the name to "Hanlons" and with it the logo. The concept was to personalise and strengthen the legacy created by the company over the past 15 years. 

As part of the brand identity and logo design, we developed new proposal templates, advertising and marketing collateral and a website. 

Now that the "pretty work" is done, we will begin to measure, track and gauge the input and response from clients and potential customers and make the necessary adjustments as required. 

Hanlons Consulting recently went through a drastic rebrand and market position. As a long term established surveying, engineering, environmental and planning firm with national contacts we were hesitant to commit to such a change. We have never looked back.

KEO have always been professional and motivated to do what is best for Hanlons. Nicholas once explained their value, “we’re invested for good, even if we don’t win”, and it is this attitude that illustrated they have the best intentions for our business at heart.

KEO facilitated and guided the rebranding process from listening and interpreting our difficult brief, hosting stakeholder meetings, creating and establishing brand and personas and rolling it all out. All while keeping us in the loop. Their team became part of our team. Emilie in the role of Concierge kept our project on track, with continual engagement and checkins and the support from team KEO was second to none. We always knew what was coming next.

KEO gave (and still gives) guidance and professionalism which made the process of change as smooth as possible.

KEO developed a quality brand identity, created brand personas, designed and provided associated marketing collateral, custom built our company website, social media presence and professional online profiles. KEO also assisted us in the rollout and adoption of our new branding.

Now, KEO looks after our ongoing marketing. The are content creators with blogs, videos, social posts across 3 channels. With this they report and measure engagement and review analytics ensuring that we are on track. KEO assist us with proposals and tenders, and we have seen an increase in engagement with new layouts and easier navigation.
