TOIM was a new company. Founders Tim and Tom had long standing relationships with clients from their previous workplace, and were able to get their own business off the ground with the support of these people.

Attracting new clientele was however proving to be a challenge, and the awareness of the brand was lacking. TOIM were also looking to expand across a number of different areas and required a solid presence. 

Beginning with a marketing strategy, KEO explored the opportunities available to TOIM and how we could best employ our marketing efforts.

It was evident that the brand was the starting point. A rebrand had the potential to change the perception of TOIM from a young company that had a lot of learning to do, to a new wave of expertise. 

Our designers started with various mood boards to inspire ideas around the tone we would move forward with. We also looked to change the pronunciation of the name, from toim to time to help with word of mouth efforts. TOIM wanted a unique ‘t’ icon to represent the name, and a mark that would be able to be applied to an app icon. The result? A bird. 

Promoting freedom, growth and confidence, our designers created a soaring bird as the brand mark. The four quadrants of the bird represented the quarters of a clock, linking to time, and the four pillars of service TOIM provide. The chosen colours promote excitement and energy, with a gradient to symbolise growth and transition from one stage to the next. 

With a new brand in tow, we pushed it out across various touchpoints and a stunning website.
