As KEO’s Essentialist, you would have an excellent opportunity to put your business development, sales, marketing, client account management, and customer relationship management skills to good use. You must brace up to prioritise and split your responsibilities and work in a cross-functional environment with the account management, design, marketing, development, and finance teams.

Business and Sales development would be your core responsibility. Your day-to-day functionalities would include seeking out opportunities to identify new revenue generation sources, win new clients and acquire business for KEO in established and competitive markets.

As a face of KEO, you would prepare and present business proposals to prospects and scale up existing clients by recommending relevant solutions to boost their business profitability. 

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare solution proposals, sales contracts ensuring adherence rules and guidelines
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Share skills and train internal staff with sales approach

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Demonstrated Experience with business growth techniques including effective questioning, objection handling, competitive selling and closing.
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software 
  • Industry and Market Landscape knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Incredible ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Degree/Certificate in business administration, sales or relevant field or experience or similar

 

Remuneration 

Base + Incentive + Bonus
