TCC came to us for a little bit of pamper and rejuvenation.

Using the existing logo identity, it was our job to create a more current, personable brand to lift student engagement and enrolment. 

TCC has a long history in the community, and a long term focus on General Interest courses. Over the past 5 years, TCC's offering to A list clients has evolved into a specialised course tailored for each individual and organisation.

The identity and brand did not reflect the professionalism and empowerment provided by the college. 

We revamped and evolved TCC from a place where people learn and grow, to a place where they can achieve their dreams.

KEO deepened the messaging of the brand as well as refreshed a visually compelling look and feel that now has a more authentic feel.

With a simplification of the existing course guide, we have been able to draw attention and increase the enrolments in courses that are otherwise poorly attented. 

We crafted a user experience that would hold the hand of the user throughout their enrolment journey and replicate the personal approach TCC take to each client.

Through their analytics, we measure the engagement creating a sophisticated conversion funnel that provides information and feedback in real-time on the performance of enrollments, exit points and whether potential students are finding anything cumbersome. 

Working with KEO is a game changer. We have worked with KEO since 2010 when we did a redesign of our website.

We employed a full-time staff member to look after our website and marketing until late 2017 when she moved on to work in her family business. 

Rather than immediately recruit a replacement Marketing specialist, in December 2017 we started an ongoing service plan with KEO. It allows us access to your team of strategists, developers and designers which have a larger skill range and understand our brand and our industry.  KEO proactively prompts us with all our assets and completes tasks that pop up unannounced.  Our website is up to date and continually getting renewed with better content and graphics. Our digital marketing is uniform and demands a response. Our internal communications are branded and concise. We have (happily) experienced an increase of engagement on all platforms, and have been able to convert those into larger enrolments.
