Previous developers of this estate had had trouble marketing it in the past.

They needed fresh perspective to create a strategy behind what made the estate unique. The developers needed a whole new brand, together with assets, website, video content, and social media campaign to showcase the beauty and luxury to their target audience. 

We began with an uncovery, and workshopped with the client to develop the sophisticated new branding and name - Sandon Park .

The new brand reflects on the history and geographical features of the area, but with a modern and prestigious twist. A theme of old yet new, country yet modern, space but in town emerged and was adapted throughout the website and social media content. 

A challenge many residential developers face is visually marketing an empty lot of land,  so KEO developed a video to paint a vision that would appear on the new website and social media channels. Showcasing the space of the estate and the proximity to key Armidale landmarks, we were able to simply and effectively highlight the features of Sandon Park.
