The organisation was looking to provide a high quality service, delivered through a boutique experience.
Seeking a brand that represented their core values, they were gifted a painting from a local artist, Felicity Coucuzzoli, which they wanted to use to build their brand identity.
A range of brand touchpoints and marketing collateral including business cards, uniforms, vehicle signage and flyers, were designed to provide a unified representation of the LotUs Assist brand.
Once the identity was established, KEO’s developers built a website that featured the required functionality to improve LotUs Assist’s workflow and productivity, including an Online Referral Form allowing clients to easily engage with the organisation. An online presence was also established for the organisation, including the setup and creation of Facebook and Instagram channels.
From the moment we contacted them they have provided exceptional customer service.
Their team work so well together and no matter who we are in contact with our brand and goals are understood and their work is amazing. We went to KEO for brand and website design and have been blown away by their creativity, ability to action things quickly and get us incredible results in what were very tight deadlines.
They have embraced our ideas and feedback and the end result is a brand that is so connected to us and a website that is a standout in our industry. We couldn’t be happier and can’t recommend them highly enough. They are a team that go out of their way to understand your business and your goals and come back with outstanding results.
