Lorentz Australia required an agency that could manage and maintain their digital and print assets, respond quickly to multiple requests from a dealer network of 180+ and provide marketing initiatives proactively.

After an initial meeting with the marketing co-ordinator at Lorentz, we realised we didn't know enough about their industry. So we jumped in the car and did a road trip, dropping in on dealers throughout New South Wales to get a feel for how Lorentz was perceived in the market place. 

We brought our research to the briefing meeting with the Marketing Manager, Sales Manager, and Managing Director and pitched some initial ideas. 

It was love at first pitch, and we began consolidating their marketing assets, managing their sales, and marketing request flows and ensuring that every step taken was measured and calculated. 

Lorentz marketing is now managed through 3 monthly 1-to-1's with the Managing Director setting budgets and must-haves for the month, the Marketing Manager with new initiatives and reports, and Sales Manager reporting from the BDMs and Dealer responses. 

In the past 12 months since engaging with KEO, the team has taken the time to get to know our multiple businesses. They have listened to our pain points, and have unified our approach to data driven marketing results.
