The Interpreter software is purposefully designed to improve workflows.

But really, what does that mean? We had to visually represent this in a way that was unique and also had an important point of difference that government organisations would deem ‘not without my interpreter.’ 

Did we mention they needed it fast? No pressure.

We created a way to explain how Interpreter’s software classifies information smarter.

Once KEO took over the project and had an in-depth kickoff workshop with the client, we went back to the drawing board (literally). We began by sketching out some metaphors addressing the main points of the script.To really setup the story, we had to show how things get lost in translation / hard to classify and assign to the right person at the right time. As usual, we explored verbally before playing with visual representations and then helped to define the message as well as the right person interpreter needed to speak to.

We then curated this into an explainer video, that was supported by marketing collateral outlining the simplicity of the software.

KEO have played a key role in the User Interface (UI) design and functionality of the Interpreter software, rapidly gearing up to work with new technologies (Angular, Typescript, Material Design, REST, OpenAPI, NET core web services, Azure, DevExpress, Froala), and resolving issues effectively in the project.
